Adding checklist to a work order task

Hello there! 

Is it possible to add checklists to a work order task?

When performing field service work, we would like to have pre-defined checklists appearing as part of the WOT.

Checklists should ideally be product-specific. E.g. If the WOT is for maintenance of item A, we would expect Checklist X with elements 1,2,3. If the WOT is for maintenance of item B, we would expect Checklist Y with elements 3,4,5

yes this is possible and already considered in the FSM space. The OOTB approach is to have different work order task templates with individual checklists: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/csh?topicname=create-wot-template.html&version=latest
