Need HELP getting all the way into my PDI

Been sending emails to devportalprod@service-now.com <devportalprod@service-now.com> to get help with this issue for a number of days and have not received any response.

The problem - I cannot get any further into my PDI nor do I get the ServiceNow email to change my password.

If devportaprod does not provide support for these kinds of issues - who should I contact?

Please help I need to get to my PDI.

HI, @rwinderthomas  - I understand you are unable to reset your password for your PDI have you tried by clicking this managing your password? or changing your email id given for the user account ( so you can receive the password)

 Hi PaulSylo  I have no problem signing into my PDI - I cannot get into the developer instance - its in a continuous loop after clicking the Start Building link.

Looks like some glitch in the portal. Probably you need wait for sometime. for me also, it is down!
