Now Learning - site issues?

Hi there,

I tried to do the HRSD fundamentals course last week on Now Learning, but due to an issue with Lab instances, I had to put it off.  Once my Lab was accessible, earlier this week, I extended it, so I could do the course today.   Now when I access the course, it says "Access denied" twice.

If I exit the Now Learning site, log off, log back in, etc, when I go to the course and click "resume" it takes me back to the Now Learning help center page.  I'm stuck in a loop, is anyone else experiencing issues?

Hello @Mr John 

Try to clear the cache and see if it works. (Or else try in different browser)

If it is not resolved yet, Please create a case with ServiceNow so that they can look into it.
