Q: What are the necessary plugins?
A: There are two required plugins and one optional plugin. The two required plugins are the Safe Workplace Suite and Safe Workplace for Mobile. The third optional plugin to enable reporting functionality is Safe Workplace Dashboard.

Q: Given our current Facilities Management usage, with a few configurations can a user on Now Mobile submit requests and search our facilities knowledge base?
A: Yes! Be sure to checkout our getting started material on our Mobile Apps Community for more information.

Q: Can I install Store apps on my PDI?
A: Yes, you are able to install store apps on your PDI.

Q: Whats the best way to demo mobile to my team?
A: When you launch the Now Mobile (or Mobile Agent) app you will see a button "Try with a demo account". This will connect to our demo instance where you can demo multiple workflows and features. If you do not see this button make sure you are logged out of your instance.

Q: How do you display your iPhone in real time on your desktop?
A: This is a feature apart of the native Quicktime app on Apple computers. For more information see this article.
