Agent App - No data available, Please pull down to refresh

When I login to the app, I am able to access and see everything as expected. When I open the app after some time I just get a message No data available, Please pull down to refresh. I need to logout and login again to see the data 

I checked Application registries -> ServiceNow Agent

Refresh Token Lifespan - 8,640,000 and Access Token Lifespan - 1,800

 

Anyone know why this may occur?
