AI Len Access Error in Now Mobile

When try to fill the catalog form using AI lens encountering below error. User have "lens_user" role as well.

Thanks for responding!
We are trying to upload a document using "fill with lens" options which is triggering the error. The article which are have posted are specific to other issue. As instructed by servicenow we have also created a input form with representation type as "screen" however are getting "Blocked by admin" error
