Cannot impersonate any user is Mobile app

Whenever I try to impersonate a user in the mobile agent I get a message "Error impersonating user". Works OK if I use the desktop UI - any ideas ?  thanks

Uninstalled / reinstalled and rebooted the phone and now it's working ..
