Hello,
I have a customer that has been and currently is utilizing the ServiceNow classic mobile application. Curious as to what are the recommendations with regards to using this going forward? If they like the UI can they still use it? What are we recommending internally here?
If possible, would love to get a representative from the Mobile team to join and walk through potential next steps or help with a path forward for the customer.
Thank you

Hello,
ServiceNow has completely stopped supporting classic mobile app. So your customers will not be able to download it any longer. Also it is better to move to Now mobile app and let them know as there will be no support for it by ServiceNow for it
Please find the document for the same which can help you to convince your customer:-

Hello Quinn - As Saurav said, this classic mobile module is depreciated in the Tokyo version, so no more downloads or enhancements. so you can ask your team to start adopting the new now mobile. I think the below link can help you to move from a classic to a new mobile app (which is more applicable than Classic mobile). The below link will help you to know more about this depreciation and how to move the existing user to new mobile app,

Thank you - is there anyone available to speak with the customer on any other questions related to migrating them to the new app?
