external users not able to access Now Mobile App

I have a problems in my personal instance for user having customer_admin role (external CSM) to access the Now Mobile app.

Using android i get a blank page, using IOS I have a page and the user seems authenticated but can't do anything and doesn't see any menù.

Do you have any Idea to help me?

I have found a solution , sys property glide.rest.global.honor_snc_internal_flag should be set to false.

Still, I'm unable to login in now mobile app I gave customer admin role to the user and trying to login but still it fails
