Dear All,
How to add your own filter on agent mobile app.
I want to filter incidents by Priority wise or filter state wise.

Hi anshu,
In Madrid -> Orlando, your mobile filters are reflective of the fields that are selected on your list screen item view JSON.
Typically on Mobile Studio when you create an applet, it will ask you what list pattern you want to choose. And based on that pattern, you will select fields:
E1:
E2:
E3:
E4:
... and so forth
Those fields E1, E2.... on your list screen is what shows up on your filters.
We are improving the filtering experience in Paris, and the system admin will be able to customize the fields on the filter to their needs.
More information on this will be released on Prod docs on July 23rd... stay tuned!

filter fields are currently not configurable, this feature should be added in Paris.

I see that we can now edit/customize the filters in Paris. Is there a way to add a reference qualifier to a filter for 'assignment group' field? We pull in AD groups and I need to remove those from showing.
