All Agent Mobile App Notifications stopped.

Hello!     We just starting using the Agent Mobile App for the main purpose of getting notifications after hours that a new incident has been created.  Everything was working fine, but all of a sudden no one is getting any more notifications.

I'm not sure what has changed or where even to begin to look.   I've tried searching online, but am not 100% sure what I'm even looking for.  I guess I'm just looking for some suggestions on where I should start or for any articles that may help me troubleshoot.

Thanks for all your replies.   We figured out what the issue was.    In the Studio for the ITSM Mobile App, we found that one of the notifications had been deleted.

Once we got this entered back in, the notifications started back up again.

Check the Push Notifications System Log to see if the notification is being generated or not.  Verify notifications settings in the app and notification settings on the mobile device.
