Need assist on login NOW mobile using SSO

Hi there,

When I login to NOW mobile using SSO username and password, it asks me to use Mircrosoft Edge as shown in screenshot.

Is there any configuration I am missing from backend?

Hi Ivan,

u_extensionattribute10 field contains user's email address. It's populated by LDAP sync. The SSO works fine in browser. 

After installing Microsoft Edge on mobile, login is successful but it redirects to browser version instead of Now mobile app.
