Need assist on login NOW mobile using SSO

When I login to NOW mobile using SSO username and password, it asks me to use Mircrosoft Edge as shown in screenshot.

Is there any configuration I am missing from backend?

This property should have sys_id of your SSO provider.

The same sysID as active Identity provider.
