I am trying to log in to the Now Mobile app on my iPhone. I am able to use my company's credentials to authenticate - I get to the point where I am selecting an instance and then rather then opening the app, I am looped back to the Classic App. Where I have to go through and authenticate again and then I get an error stating that I have to update to a newer version of the app. Going to the app store takes me to the ServiceNOW Agent App.

Hello,
Try to uninstall the Classic version once and install now mobile and try to log in to your now mobile. If your company is using Intune version, try to install Edge for authentication. clear cookies from your mobile browser.
