Notifications disappear in Now Mobile app

Hello,

I'm trying to configure the Now Mobile app for my company.

I noted that the Notifications part in the app empties randomly (it seems). If I look at the normal end user portal, I have for instance 2 open approvals - they don't show at all in Notifications in the app.

Also, if I get answers in my tickets, notifications appear but suddenly the list of notifications is empty again. I cannot find where this can be configured?

What is the version of the Now mobile app you are using? Can you try to update the mobile app and try to recreate this scenario? i think this is due to the lower version, notifications are not showing up. try to upgrade the app or reinstall the app once.

Hello, thank you for your reply. The version was 13.5 something... but I updated it and now it's 14.0 and I'll try to recreate this, I have created a few new notifications - let's see how long they stay in the app now. I'll get back 🙂

Also, can you, somewhere, see how the notifications list is configured? I would like to see if, for example, the ticket creator will get the notification - or if it was created on behalf of someone else, who will get the notification? Maybe there is good documentation about this but I can't seem to find it.

Try clearing your data and check.

DMV Now

Clearing data seems to be one (the only?) reason for the notifications to disappear but I'll verify tomorrow - I will not do any clearing until then and will see if they disappear anyway.
