Now Agent: "No applications defined. Contact your administrator."

I have tried Now Agent mobile app for Android and used the out of the box app launchers (see below):

However, when the user with ITIL role access the Now Agent app. This is what they see and there was no option to view Incident record:

Might be plugins are not installed in the new application.

Hello there,

those applet launchers are for Now Mobile. What do you see if you open Studio? Are there ITSM Mobile or ITSM Mobile Agent installed?

I suppose if you go to Plugins => ITSM Mobile Agent => Install, and try to login afterwards it should be fine.
