Now Mobile App Running Slow

Is anyone having an issue with performance for the new Now Mobile app? We're in the development stage and it seems like refreshing and loading any section takes at least a minute to load.
We have My Groups Work, My Work, My Active Incidents, Sev1 Reports, My Pending Approvals, My Requests, Create Incident, All Incidents, Open Incidents, Resolved Incidents, and Closed Incidents. Any time I click on any of those, it takes at least a minute to open the list screen. Then when we click into a record, it also takes a while to load.
We have Service Catalogs in there that was already included in the app. It loads fine. I'm just wondering what causes the slowness and if anyone has a solution or experienced this as well?

The KB article in the first link says I don't have permission to view.
I see the person posted the table in the comment below his original post. Is that what the KB covers?
If you have access, can you paste the KB in this article?

I too do not have access to it but I believe that table is the same as the one posted in the KB link so you may focus in those tables.
