Now Mobile Custom Theme is not working

Hi all, I created a custom Now mobile Theme and It is working fine for me.But When I try to Impersonate Another User the theme is not getting Applied why. I Also seen few people login into now mobile also are not able to see the theme.

There are two records where you have applied theme named now mobile and now mobile admin.

Make sure you have applied the theme to both records.
