I'm new to ServiceNow mobile. My requirement is to make one ITSM Application like Change Management available accessible via mobile. I have installed Now Mobile Android version on my phone and trying to connect to my PDI (Personal Developer Instance). On mobile app, I used "Add new instance" option and gave the PDI url. It now redirects me to ServiceNow login page. I used admin/password from "Manage my Password" page, but it gives me "Invalid username and password" though. Same details work on PDI web UI. Please advise.?
