When users are browsing using the Now Mobile app, I would like to capture a particular field on the user record (to enable me to identify user type). Does such functionality exist within the User Experience Analytics Dashboard? All I see there is the Hashed User ID but no way of linking the back to the user.
I believe SNAnalytics API makes this possible via code using setUserProperty but I don't know how that ties into Now Mobile.
Also I'd imagine the data from these Analytic's dashboards are stored in a table somewhere, does anyone know where that data lives?

Hi WorkingHands,
I also wanted to track it back to the users a year ago or something, but HI explained me that the whole point of the User Experience Analytics is to work with anonymized data.
Regards, Ivan
