Related List not showing as list of tabs

Not sure if I changed something or if SN changed something but on a few of our forms in our sub prob environment, related lists and form sections are not showing in as tabs but instead all show on the page at once in a scroll to find format. Can someone help me revert this to the tabbed look?

You need to click on your profile in the top right, click user preferences, then go to display, 

Make sure this is on
