Search and Conditions for Reference fields on Input Form Screen

Hi Guys

I need assistance with the input form screens please!

I have a top form edit function and I have created a reference for the "assigned to" field on the case form to be edited.

I have followed the docs and the great video from David Ha it is working, except for 2 input attributes:

1. The EnableSearch input attribute is not working, so users cannot search.

2. The Conditions attribute works but I cannot get the list of users based on the assignment group, there is no dependency. Has anyone done anything similar or used an encoded query that works? I tried script include, no luck.

Hi Rudi,

I m also facing search functionality issue in mobile app reference field in input parameter screen, I added enableSearch as True in attribute. It is showing search option in app but that search is not returning any value. if you know the solution, please share it

try to provide enable search value in boolean, replace one with true and it should show search option

I am also working on similar requirement.

I am using Reference input field on Input form screen.

I have added EnableSearch attribute and I can see search option on the screen.

But I am not able to search for the records by display name (it works on Desktop view).

It is Configuration Item field from sc_task form. I am trying to make it functional on Input Form Screen.

Any suggestions about this behavior?

NOTE: I am on ROME.

I am aslo facing the same issue , search of reference input in mobile is not working, its not returning any result, If you know how to fix this please share that.
