So do you want to create a link to your portal page from within the Agent Mobile App? That is a bit unusual as most of the applets within the App are purpose driven for the agent to fulfill tasks: update incident, approve, add comments, etc. Normally you wouldn't want to go to the portal as an agent. You could add a link to the portal, but it might be better to simply use the Now Mobile Application which is intended for requestors.

Hi Jeff,
I had a discussion with my team and they have re-structured the requirement. Now they want to show a portal page , not a link to a portal page, in Now Mobile app. I am working in Madrid version. Is it possible?

We need to be careful with names here. Your original post talked about the Agent mobile app which is called Now Agent. In your last question you mention Now Mobile. Now Mobile was not released until New York and is not available in Madrid.
In Madrid you can use the Now Classic Mobile application which includes an embedded view of the service portal. Is this what you want in the Now Agent App?
I am interested in the use case. With the mobile application we want specific application launchers to provide specific functions like view incidents, updating them, approvals, etc. What is it that you want to achieve by showing the service portal view within the mobile application? Would't it be better to show that functionality with specific applets designed for the mobile app than with the portal which is designed for a browser?

Hi Jeff,
There is a page in portal that we built as a menu having multiple options we want that page in Mobile app. As you said it is available from new york, i just want know about the possibility of including it in Agent app, thought it is not required in agent app.
