Taxonomy & the content shown in employee center pro(desktop) should be shown on Now Mobile App

Hi,

I am new to Now Mobile Configuration and would really appreciate if someone can guide me in configuring the below requirement.

In Now Mobile app

- Only show request forms & knowledge articles that are shown in the desktop version

- Utilize the same taxonomy as the the desktop version

-Show icons that are shown for the taxonomy in the desktop version

Can adding just the required Taxonomy, Catalog & knowledge Bases to the "Mobile Employee Service Portal" page fulfills the above requirement?

Will the Mega Menu shown on the Employee center pro appears in Now Mobile too? If it should appear on Now Mobile too, how to cconfigure that..

Looking forward to receive some helpful advice.

Hi Yasmeen,

 

Yes "Support" tab should show OOTB. I went through with same issue earlier that it was not showing to me. 

You have to update "Now Mobile" plugin first and then you will be able to find a fix script "Enable Taxonomy For Mobile". Once you have created a property as mention in the following link and ran the above mention fix script, you will be able to find the "support" option hopefully.

Yes, as @Sufiyan Memon mentioned, if you update the plugin, the Support tab will be available.  And correct, you do not need to add the Catalogs or Knowledge Bases. You only have to add specific ones if you do not want them all to be available.
