I am configuring a branded Now Mobile app. There is a question mark icon that shows on the header of the app. Clicking on it opens a screen that says "You are either not authorized or record is not valid.".
What is this icon for? Or what is supposed to be there? I'm thinking that we have something misconfigured or missing.
Where is it configured?
The screenshots in the SN docs show an icon that looks like some kind of editing function.
And there is no icon in my PDI:
Thanks!

Hi Paul,
Usually, When you add any quick action button to the body of this homepage, you have that respective "icon" added. In my case, it is a "+" icon that I gave for adding an incident form and giving access to any user who has an "ITIL" role. So if any user login with ITIL Role, they can see this icon and click and submit it. this same issue happened to me a long time before, once I corrected the role, somehow it disappeared.
But In your case, you have made Quick action, either you have removed the right role or something happened on this ACL for this particular Action. So, pls check if there is any role issue.
Two more questions more, 1. I assume this is on Now Mobile app 2. is this only for you or for any other user's login as well?
If you think, just upgrade once the mobile app and check, this sometime may be related to app version syn which may be overlooked
