Hey,
Don't know if you still have this issue but I did and came across the following knowledge article KB1443061 that explains why its expected behaviour.
In our case this was triggered because an incident was assigned to a user that didnt start or was part of any previous teams conversation. The system sets the new assigned to as the initiated by on the teams conversations and this message is to let you know that because of this the auto import feature will no longer work.
Basically its a security thing and expected in certain situations, the worknote is just a bit user unfriendly.
Kind regards.

Any idea what controls this behavior of updating the assigned_to based on who initiated a Teams convo? If the caller decides to do it, there should be an exception where you do not change the assigned_to. Thanks

Hi @dharanikumar , @Jesse_H ,
In case this is still an open question for you, hopefully I can shed some further light:
This behaviour is controlled by Script Include "MSTeamsImportChatUtilsSNC". There are many similar error messages for different teams-token related cases in the SI.
