Error when uploading Manifest file

My Teams admin is getting an error when trying to upload a manifest file for a self configured BOT. Error is ' we cant read the Manifest. try again later'

I have found KB1005856 which describes the error but as far as I'm aware we haven't made any changes to the short description field. Has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve it

Hi Phil and thanks for the question,

 

Have you tried generating a new manifest file?  Also, is this the production Microsoft Tenant, or a developer tenant?

Hi Jeff, yes I have tried a couple of different Manifest files in both a sun-prod Teams tenant (alpha) and a dev tenant and still get the error . Our teams admin has also tried to create another custom app (non SN using the same method and doesn't get the error. I have a raised a Support case

Ive solved this, copy and past error ! the tenant ID had a digit missing from the start of the string
