Error when uploading Manifest file

My Teams admin is getting an error when trying to upload a manifest file for a self configured BOT. Error is ' we cant read the Manifest. try again later'

I have found KB1005856 which describes the error but as far as I'm aware we haven't made any changes to the short description field. Has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve it

This error is often caused by a small validation issue in the manifest, even if nothing obvious was changed. Double-check the manifest against the latest schema, especially required fields, app IDs, and formatting (commas, quotes, length limits). Re-exporting the manifest from the Teams Developer Portal and uploading it again also fixes it in many cases. If not, clearing cache or trying a different tenant/admin account can help isolate the issue.
