Message App Integration -> Microsoft Teams -> Install

We have a requirement to integrate virtual agent with teams.

I am getting the error message “The installation has failed” but Azure Ad -> Enterprise application, In there I can see the new application got added

I could not see any detailed error message or error code. Can I see the logs in ServiceNow what is the reason of failure.

  1. Office 365 developer account with admin
  2. ServiceNow with admin
  3. Created a new virtual agent in service now.

You have 2 ways,

1.

Check whether do you have configure & uninstall action in your previous instance make uninstall then it will work perfectly.

2. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/task/over...

Refer this doc, change the sys_properties. When it will work.

Would like to know to.

When this breaks it can be a real nightmare. If you want to start afresh to fix issues there is a handy cleanup script for Team installation available on ServiceNow Support. See:

After running that, as FU mentioned above also delete any records in these tables

  • sn_now_azure_installed_tenant
