Hello ServiceNow Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on a project involving ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams integration. We have already enabled the required plugins in our ServiceNow instance, and I hold both admin rights in our ServiceNow instance and Global admin rights in our Azure environment.
While attempting to install Microsoft Teams on ServiceNow, we encountered the following error: "Failed to connect to Microsoft Azure. Try again or contact your system admin for help." I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.
Specifically, we are looking to enable a feature where a logged-in person or agent can initiate a conference call directly from ServiceNow to the assigned users or groups when dealing with a P1 incident.
The goal is to streamline communication and response during critical incidents. I have explored some aspects of the integration, but I'm seeking guidance on the following:
- Best practices for integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Teams for conference calls.
- Any specific configurations or plugins that need to be implemented, considering we have already enabled the required plugins.
- Assistance with resolving the error we encountered while attempting to install Microsoft Teams on ServiceNow.
If anyone in the community has experience with such integrations, can provide insights into the error we are facing, or share examples/documentation on achieving a similar functionality, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!
Best regards,
