Servicenow Integration with Microsoft teams

Hi Everyone,

While using Microsoft integration core, OOB start microsoft teams chat showing an error 'Invalid access token.Check your credential alias'. Also when I am trying to install 'Microsoft integration core' on other instances, I am unable to install and No UI actions are coming. Please advise if I am missing something, any inputs will help.

before start installing, please make sure that you are using the same account which is having the office 365 app installation access. Also, before doing that i would recommend you to open Office 365 in your local browser with whom you want to integrate. For ex: Dev instance should integrate with dev and that time you should login into dev office 365.
