OOB dashboards are not editable. I need to add visibility

I want to make it visible in the Risk workspace, but I am getting the message: 'You cannot edit this dashboard because it is marked as read-only. Duplicate the dashboard to create a copy you can edit.' Please suggest a solution.

that's correct.
You will have to duplicate it and then make changes to it.

But to add visibility, do I also need to create a duplicate? In one of my demo instances, the OOB dashboards are editable. I found a patch difference between my client instance and the demo instance this might be a reason.
