Hello Servicenow Masters,
Can anyone help me with the solution. This help will be a great to me. Just I wanted to know, How can we provide access to the users based on control objective record states conditions then they can be able to create a new feedback task on right side panel of control definition.
I am attaching the screenshot can please refer and help me out.

I think that's not normal UI action but button within UI builder
you can use before insert BR on the feedback table and check what's the state of the Record and accordingly abort the insert

I think you will have to identify the New button within the UI builder and then handle the display based on state field
