Hi,
I duplicated Record SNC page on Service Operation Workspace, and Resolve button stops working.
It does not matter whether the original "Record SNC" page set to be inactive or not after duplication,
when I pressed "resolve" button still does not work.
I still can change INC record state directly in form and pressed "save" so only "resolved" button that stops working.
When I delete the duplicated page, the button is back to normal.
Anyone knows why this happens and what to do to fix this? I need to add a component to the duplicated record page.
I am in Vancouver version patch2-hotfix1

Hi Kalyani,
My issue was the modal did not open when I pressed "Resolve" button and also when I clicked magnifying glass to open reference list on for example "assign to" or "assignment group".
HI support added below records on UX App Route table (sys_ux_app_route)

I would agree that you need a support case for this. If it's just a personal project I'm not sure what the workaround would be.

Hi thanks Brad and Ajay,
I created HI Support case and its now resolved.
The new Record SNC Copy page was missing UX app routes to open the modal when pressing resolve button.
