Hi,
I use PDI, "System administrator" role, and changed time-zone to my local time-zone.
In "scheduled reports" module, I used "All Incidents by State" report, added my personal e-mail address, set Run "periodically every 2 minutes" to test the "scheduled reports".
But I can't receive mail.
Are there any restrictions of report, mail address or any other necessary setting before scheduling reports?
looking forward to your reply.

Hi @ChiY
In PDIs by default email receiving and sending options are disabled. So you can't send or receive email to/from PDI.
However you can create your own SMTP and POP servers using your personal gmail account by following the steps in the attached doc.
Note:
Use your gmail id in the user name and from fields (highlighted in yellow colour)
Use the same token/secret which you received during the app registration as password.
Regards,
Siva

Hi @ChiY
Is it PDI? If yes, then an email will not work due to security constraints. SO you cant test email in PDI.
