Landing page is not available for audience

Hello

I created a landing page following those instructions

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-platform-user-interface/page/administer/navigation-and-ui/t...

The landing page should work as homepage for an audience, in this case for knowledge manager

The landing page is named "Prueba" and it was copied from the existing one "Next Experience Landing Page", both belong to the "Unified Navigation App". the configuration of the landing page is attached as screenshot.

My goal is that the page that I created should be available for selection or default home for the users with role "knowledge_manager".

I impersonated a user having the knowledge_manager role, and the landing page is not available in the start page selector(attached screenshot)

In the main home for the knowledge_manger user(attached screenshot) the page also is not available.

thank you

Hi @Fu_lion201,

There are 3 other variants in front of this variant.

If one of these also match for the Knowledge Manager, then they will see that page.
This means you would need to exlude them from other matching audiences to get to the variant you are creating.

Alternatively, you could place this variant at the top.
