Thank you for sharing this, Scott! I checked the CSM guide, and I find it focuses on activation of the skills in detail, while the wizards in Now Assist Admin console serve a very similar purpose. However, I find that it provides some good additional information and explanation.

@ARQTry logging into NowLearning first, or perhaps clear the cookies & browser cache for servicenow.com - the links work fine for me.

Either way, you can find the Implementation Guides by performing a search in the NowCreate portal.
