I am looking to access 'Now Assist AI Agent Studio' in my instance, but cannot find it. What are the steps i need to follow to open or access 'Now Assist AI Agent Studio'.

Can I access it in my PDI or any lab instance?

Now Assist or any AI related stuff or functionality not available in pdi except build Agent.

You can take now assist training course where you will get lba instance to do hands on.

Hi @SAMBUNITHIK

Till now , GenAI and full Agentic AI features (like NowAssist) are Not available in Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) due to operational costs/License cost.

However, you can access a limited Build Agent (Trial) in PDI.

If it is not available in your client instance , I will suggest you to go through Service University courses, Read Community article/blog/ check videos on it.

Hello @SAMBUNITHIK ,

You cannot access Now Assist AI Agent Studio in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) or standard lab instance.

Refer this and hands on now learning pdi to solve the real time use cases of Servicenow AI :

Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Essentials
