AI Agent Use Case not running in Now Assist Side Panel

I have created a use case and associated AI agents. When I open the Now Assist side panel, it doesn't show any output, but it displays results when tested.

How to activate or deploy Use Case? So far, I know is that it should be enabled to run in "Now Assist Side Panel" which I already enabled but still not functioning.

Hi @CA5 - once you create an AI agents, go to studio and create a use case, and link your AI agent to that use case. then publish the use case. Got to Now assist panel and type the ask for AI agents. E=for ex: if you have created an aI agent to tell a joke, just type, "Tell me a joke on incident XXX" ., you i will get an response. ensure you have right role.
