Using Build agent can we do the following :

• can it create solution design for any business req
• can it create stories or epics in Servicenow
• Can it create Test case
• Can it create demo data
• can it help creating any kind of documentation

The short answer is yes, but it totally depends on how effective and clear your prompt is to the agent that will create it for you. You can install Build Agent in PDI with 10 prompts per month and provide them one by one based on what you are looking for.

the Build Agent is kind of vibe coding feature. You can play around with it yourself to see what it can do.

Go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#! and give it some prompt - either something easy and short or a complex one, your choice!

You have limited amount of prompts per month, eventually release and request a new instance if needed more (back up your progress before that). 

If you want to have inspiration, check the View app gallery to browse apps created by other people and acknowledged by ServiceNow team.

Don't have too big expectations from it. It's amazing feature but currently it's still not possible to replace the "real" development. 

Your questions are very abstract.. you mentioned "any business requirement", it will strongly depend on what exactly you want to achieve :))
