Hello Experts,

 

I am facing a strange issue

Basically we had updated the skills for email recommendation skills and its working for me perfectly ( i have admin) and but for HR i have given them HR Core Basic role and the information is giving totally different for them what could be the issue do we need to refresh or update anything ? Any suggestion on help will be highly appericated.

Sometimes, changes done by admins work for themselves because their user scope includes all modules, but restricted user scopes see different or limited data.

Suggestion: Check if the HR users have been given access to the updated application scope that contains the email recommendation skills.

@Deepak Shaerma Yeah i tried it but still same , the strange thing is if a agent has a HR Agent role the email content does not change and does not show correctly but if its HR Admin it shows the right information so something related to roles

It might be you have given some restriction to who can see email recommendation for availability.
