how can we copy new or updated KB articles from one instance to another instance through automation

how can we copy new or updated KB articles from one instance to another instance through automation. The process can be automated and run in a periodical cycle basis.

the articles that were published in the last 10 days in the non prod instance to production instance. How can we do this thorugh automation.

Hi @msc 

 

You can create logic to export the article in XML and then move that XML to a shared location and from other instance might be data source you can get that file and import xml. The high level process is like this. Now for automation, you can try the flow designer.
