I got the requirement in which I have to add a approval in knowledge category level before it goes for base level or Knowledge manager approval to publish the Knowledge article in service Now. can some one help.

Hi @mishrarakes
You need to modify the "Knowledge-Approval Publish" workflow.
Add new Approval-User / Approval-Group action before the KB manager approval a highlighted below.

As a best practice, copy the OOB workflow and make the changes as required.
If you are trying to moify the OOB WF, then first you need to checkout the WF.

could you please tell me how can i add one more approval option from core , as i am not getting option for that in existing workflow or do i need to make a new workflow similar to this with some changes.
