How to instruct Now Assist to generate Knowledge Articles using a custom template

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on a POC for Now Assist for Knowledge Management.
The goal is to make Now Assist generate Knowledge Articles using a custom Knowledge Template (not the default OOTB one).

Verified that the OOTB skill generates an article, but it always uses the default template, not mine.

Could anyone please guide on:

1.How to instruct or configure Now Assist to use a specific custom template when generating Knowledge Articles?

2.Whether there’s any configuration in now_skill_deployment_settings or prompt customization that controls this behavior?

3.Do we need to modify any Prompt Template or Skill Definition to bind the Knowledge Template sys_id?

Any official docs, examples, or working setups would be really helpful.
