Hi everyone,
I’m trying to integrate and invoke the AI Agent within the Virtual Agent on my ServiceNow instance, but it’s not working as expected.
I have configured the AI Agent plugin and set up the necessary configurations.
When I try to invoke the AI Agent via Virtual Agent conversations, nothing happens or I get errors.
Are there any specific steps, prerequisites, or settings I might be missing?
How exactly do I invoke or call the AI Agent from Virtual Agent (e.g., through scripts, conversation flows, or integration)?
Any guidance, best practices, or troubleshooting tips would be really appreciated!
