Hello Team,
I was scheduled to take the ServiceNow CSA exam today. Unfortunately, I was unable to start the exam due to a webcam technical issue.
I attempted to resolve the issue but could not proceed, which resulted in a missed exam.
I kindly request your support to review my case and allow a reschedule or voucher reinstatement as this was a genuine technical problem.

You still have more than 72 hours before your scheduled exam, so if you go ahead and cancel or reschedule it now through the Pearson VUE/Now Learning exam portal you can reuse your free voucher without penalty since the policy allows reschedules/cancellations without fee when done outside the 72 hours window.....and if for some reason the system doesn’t let you cancel or reschedule at this point you should open a support case with the Now Learning Help Center and......they can assist you (often by end of the same business day) so that your voucher remains valid for your next attempt......

Hi @kannababupa
Since you were able to start the exam but could not proceed due to a camera issue, the exam is considered attempted. Because of this, I don’t think you will be able to reschedule it. ServiceNow treats this as an attempted exam, so you will need to book the exam again.
ServiceNow always recommends checking all prerequisites before the exam, including the webcam. If the prerequisite check fails at the time of the exam, it is still counted as an attempt. As a result, you will need to pay for the first attempt and then rebook the exam.
