Hi everyone,
I believe most of us are aware that a Voice Input plugin is available for the Now Assist panel.
However, I wanted to understand whether it’s possible to enable a similar voice input (mic) button within the Virtual Agent experience on SP / CSM / ESC portals for snc_internal users.
Is there any specific plugin that supports this capability? If not, is there an alternative or recommended approach to incorporate a voice input button into the Virtual Agent UI, making it more practical and user-friendly for end users?
