Hello Team,
I was scheduled to take the ServiceNow CSA exam today. Unfortunately, I was unable to start the exam due to a webcam technical issue.
I attempted to resolve the issue but could not proceed, which resulted in a missed exam.
I kindly request your support to review my case and allow a reschedule or voucher reinstatement as this was a genuine technical problem.

Just in case you are still unable to reschedule your exam while you contact Pearson Vue, when they ask you questions about your address just use ServiceNow headquarters in "Santa Clara which includes their post- code". You should be fine once you call their customer service and you will be able reschedule your exam since you never started.
