I want to reschedule CSA Exam

Hello Team,

 

I was scheduled to take the ServiceNow CSA exam today. Unfortunately, I was unable to start the exam due to a webcam technical issue.

 

I attempted to resolve the issue but could not proceed, which resulted in a missed exam.

 

I kindly request your support to review my case and allow a reschedule or voucher reinstatement as this was a genuine technical problem.
