I would like to show 1 Knowledge base to end user and accordingly set the Can Read to Any user via user criteria. Create the content Type and content configurations for Knowledge base. Still Knowledge is not visible to end user. only Categories are visible where published article is there . In Knowledge Home page, able to see the functionality working absolutely fine and able to see that particular Knowledge base when impersonate as End user. Please advise, what needs to be done in order to achieve the functionality.

Hi @akchauhan ,
please ensure the KB is active and appropriately assigned to the portal. Utilize the Topics table for better organization and visibility. Set the Can Read user criteria to grant access to the intended users...
